Nice place with free Wi-Fi, a spa & wellness center, and 24-hour security. The staff even helped me find a car service on my first stay, showing their great kindness. I highly recommend visiting during your stay! I'm coming back for Christmas.

It was just a fine choice for a short stayover in Cusco with fantastic value for money. They offered to store our main luggage while we trekked to Machu Picchu, which was super convenient. Consider checking out the nearby restaurants for a great meal.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. I lost an item in the lobby, and Judith from tourism packages rushed through the crazy traffic to return it to me. That was above and beyond what you’d expect and.

Great spot for a group trip! We loved visiting Sacsayhuaman and the Plaza de Armas—all within walking distance. The staff was friendly and sorted taxis for us. Breakfast starts early, perfect if you’re on a schedule. The courtyard is a nice touch with live music at dinner. Rooms are comfy and clean.

We had an issue with the concierge regarding our early morning pickup for a tour. It took longer than expected to get the right info, which threw off our plans.
